The H-1B Visa is a temporary immigration visa designed for professionals seeking a specialized occupation in the United States. The H1-B visa requires visa applicants to have a higher education degree or equivalent. Higher education degrees are bachelor’s, master’s and doctorate.
Admission Conditions:
- The applicant (bona fide) must have an employer and a job offer. The employer will also sponsor your visa application.

Family Members:
