O-1A; It is a type of temporary employment visa granted to people of extraordinary ability or achievement in the fields of science, education, business, and athletics.
Admission Conditions:
- The applicant must come to the United States for temporary employment
- The applicant must; must have nationally or internationally recognized ability or achievement in the sciences, education, business and athletic fields
The American Citizenship and Immigration Administration (USCIS) recognizes awards and achievements such as the Nobel, Pulitzer, and Olympic medals as international proof of achievement. On the other hand, if the applicant does not have these and similar awards, he can apply by meeting at least three of the following criteria.

- If he is a member of an organization that requires extraordinary talent or achievement for membership
- Register for distinguished professional publications has made valuable contributions
- Has made prominent contributions to his field of expertise

Family Members:
Spouses and single children under the age of 21 may apply for an O-3 visa and accompany the O-1A visa applicant to the United States. The validity period, legal rights and restrictions of O-3 status are the same as O-1A status.
